![]() Most people use muscles in their hips when doing sit-ups, rather than their core muscles. People often think sit-ups are the way to a stronger core, but they really can do more harm than good. This is particularly true now that most of us spend all day sitting at a desk. The stronger the muscles in our lower abdomen, the more protected we are.
